Planting the Seeds of Truth

I’d like to give a nod to You Mon Tsang’s blog SEEDROUND, a blog which is very aptly named considering that You Mon is one of the most entrepreneurial guys I have ever met.
I worked with You Mon in a past life when I was a Knowledge Engineer at Biz360, a company which You Mon founded – he was CEO at the time. You Mon is still chairman of Biz360, and it looks like these days he spends his time as CEO of Boxxet and blogging on SEEDROUND about “the adventures of Boxxet, Startup Life, and the Web.”
You Mon is a true innovator and visionary. As he says in his blog, he is always looking for the Next Big Thing. But what I enjoyed most about working with You Mon is the simplicity and common sense approach he takes to articulating that next big thing. You Mon is a straight-talking visionary (something that I previously thought was a mythical creature – like a unicorn). His direct, no-nonsense style is apparent in his blog, which is a pleasure to read.
