Client Contact Turnover? Don’t Panic.
November 19, 2008 | Posted by: Tom Rice
It’s a common occurrence: The Client brings on a new PR Director, VP of Marketing or even CEO—and the PR agency is suddenly in a vulnerable position. The reason? New executives want to prove themselves and make change just for the sake of change to leave their impression and start anew. It happens in pro sports quite often when a new coach comes aboard and wants "his/her people" and it no doubt happens in the PR world too. The upside is that the relationship can be saved and potentially strengthened if there is a plan in place.
